Every approved entry is curated into the right category and exhibition zone so the overall lineup stays strong, visually coherent, and worth the trip for visitors.
Exhibitor places are limited. Early applications always have the strongest chance of securing the right placement and the smoothest planning process.

Exhibitor participation is approval-based so the organizers can protect the quality of the lineup and place each accepted vehicle or brand in the right exhibition context.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
Fill in the online registration form with your vehicle details, photos, and category. Applications are reviewed by the event organizer.
The SCF organizer reviews all submissions and selects vehicles based on category fit, condition, and uniqueness. You'll receive a confirmation email.
Once approved, you will receive the next-step instructions for exhibitor access, placement, and festival entry logistics.
On festival day, arrive at your designated check-in location. Exhibitor vehicles enter through the dedicated exhibitor gate with VIP parking access.
